Position Details Schedule:

Full-Time (including weekends/holidays as needed)

Pay:

$49.00 per hour Key Responsibilities Assess, plan, and implement individualized resident care plans Administer medications and treatments as prescribed Monitor and document residents' conditions and progress Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and interdisciplinary team members Supervise and support LVNs and CNAs Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and facility policies Respond to emergencies and provide appropriate nursing interventions Qualifications Active California Registered Nurse (RN) license Current CPR/BLS certification (required) Previous experience in a skilled nursing or post-acute setting preferred Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care Why Join Concord Post Acute?
