The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care, support medical staff, and ensure that patients receive the best possible treatment. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a crucial role in patient assessment, care planning, and implementation of nursing interventions in various healthcare settings. Duties Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop individualized care plans. Monitor patient progress and respond to changes in condition. Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding health management. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care. Maintain accurate medical records using electronic health record systems such as Epic. Perform specialized procedures including management of neonatal ventilators when necessary. Assist with pain management strategies for patients experiencing discomfort. Ensure adherence to sterile processing protocols in clinical settings. Participate in laboratory tests and evaluations as required. Skills Proficiency in Basic Life Support (BLS) techniques. Knowledge of pain management practices and techniques. Familiarity with electronic health record systems. Experience with spinal tap procedures is a plus. Ability to operate neonatal ventilators effectively. Understanding of laboratory processes and sterile processing standards. Experience working with geriatric populations is advantageous. Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with healthcare teams and patient education.
