Schedule/Hours:
Travel assignment (specific schedule provided during interview)
Desired Experience:
Active RN license, with experience in Medical-Surgical Oncology Minimum three years of previous physical therapy experience preferred Current California licensure or certification as a physical therapist Proficient knowledge of therapy modalities, anatomy, and physiology, as well as infection control Current BCLS certification Clear, professional communication skills; ability to work collaboratively across departments
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver exceptional patient care in accordance with prescribed plans and established protocols Supervise department operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards Maintain accurate patient records and participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives Evaluate therapy effectiveness, adjust treatments, and communicate changes to physicians Mentor nursing and interdisciplinary staff, sharing expertise and supporting team growth Foster a respectful, compassionate environment for patients and families
