Qualifications:
Active and unencumbered RN license Minimum of 2 years' recent CVOR nursing experience BLS and ACLS certifications required Strong critical thinking and organizational skills Ability to adapt quickly in fast-paced, changing environments
Responsibilities:
Provide direct patient care during cardiovascular surgical procedures Collaborate closely with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and surgical teams for optimal patient outcomes Prepare and maintain sterile fields and specialized equipment before, during, and after procedures Monitor patient status and respond promptly to changes Document care and progress accurately and efficiently Educate patients and families regarding post-surgical care and recovery
