In this role, you will deliver advanced aesthetic treatments, including botulinum toxin injections, dermal fillers, and laser procedures, to help clients achieve their beauty and wellness goals. Your expertise will enhance our reputation for excellence in non-surgical cosmetic procedures while providing exceptional guest experiences. Responsibilities Perform a variety of aesthetic procedures such as botulinum toxin treatments, dermal fillers, dermabrasion, laser skin treatments, and other non-invasive cosmetic services. Conduct thorough consultations with clients to assess their needs, explain treatment options, and set realistic expectations. Maintain strict sanitation and safety protocols throughout all procedures to ensure client safety and comfort. Educate clients on post-treatment care, product recommendations, and future treatment plans to foster ongoing relationships. Manage client records accurately using salon or medical spa software like Millennium or MINDBODY, ensuring compliance with health regulations. Assist with social media management by creating engaging content and promoting services to attract new clients. Support retail sales efforts by recommending skincare products and treatment packages aligned with client goals. Experience Proven experience as an aesthetic nurse or medical professional with a background in cosmetic dermatology or med spa settings. Certification in botulinum toxin (Botox) injections and dermal filler administration is required; additional certifications in laser treatments or skin rejuvenation are a plus. Familiarity with salon or medical spa management software such as Millennium or

MINDBODY

is preferred. Strong knowledge of sanitation standards, patient confidentiality, and medical safety protocols. Excellent communication skills with the ability to educate clients clearly and confidently about procedures and aftercare. Prior experience in customer service, retail sales, or hospitality environments is advantageous for creating positive guest experiences.
