As an IV Infusion Registered Nurse (RN), you will step away from high-stress emergency environments and transition into a proactive, preventative health space. We are seeking a highly skilled, bilingual (English/Spanish) Registered Nurse who is passionate about health, wellness, and exceptional patient care. In this role, you will be the face of our clinical wellness services — administering customized IV hydration drips, mixing vitamin infusion bags, and delivering intramuscular injections in a clean, serene, and upscale environment. Clinical Excellence and IV Compounding You will conduct comprehensive health history reviews and physical assessments to confirm each patient is a safe candidate for IV therapy. Following established medical director protocols, you will accurately compound and mix customized IV vitamin, mineral, and nutrient formulas — including drips such as Myers' Cocktails, NAD+, Vitamin C, and Glutathione — using strict sterile aseptic technique. You must demonstrate exceptional skill in initiating and maintaining peripheral IV access, ensuring a comfortable and virtually painless experience for every patient. Patient Education and Wellness Advocacy Beyond the clinical setup, you will educate patients on the physiological benefits of various nutrient therapies and guide them toward customized treatment plans and membership packages that support their long-term wellness goals. You will maintain precise, detailed electronic health records (EHR) and adhere strictly to medical director protocols, OSHA standards, and sanitation requirements to ensure a pristine clinic environment at all times. Candidate Requirements To maintain our high standards of clinical safety and luxury service, we require candidates to meet the following professional criteria. Licensure | Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of employment Language Skills | Professional bilingual fluency in both English and Spanish is required IV Insertion Skills | Outstanding peripheral IV insertion skills; confidence with difficult venous access is a must Clinical Experience | Minimum 2 year of nursing experience (ER, ICU, or prior IV infusion/med spa experience strongly preferred) Certification | Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required Professional Demeanor | Warm, patient-centered, and customer-service-oriented personality suited for a luxury wellness setting Why Join Us?
