Azure Home Health is seeking compassionate and skilled Registered Nurses (RN) and Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVN) to provide in-home care to patients across the following areas:
Downey Whittier Norwalk Cerritos Lakewood Compton What We're Looking For:
At least 1 year of Home Health experience (preferred) Excellent communication and documentation skills Experience with EMR systems (Datasoft Logic Software for Home Health) Ability to manage patient schedules efficiently Multilingual abilities are a plus
Required Credentials:
Current Professional License or Certificate CPR Certification Physical Exam TB Test or Chest X-ray Liability Insurance Auto Insurance Valid Driver's License What We Offer:
