Position Overview:

We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Registered Nurse Case Manager (RNCM) to join our team. In this role, you will provide exceptional hospice care to patients in East Los Angeles and surrounding areas. This is an excellent opportunity for both experienced hospice nurses and new graduates who are eager to learn and grow in a supportive environment.

Compensation:

Pay range: $300-$350 per admission, plus hourly pay rate

Qualifications:

Active RN license Current CPR certification Valid driver's license and auto insurance Employment eligibility in the U.S. Dependable and willing to drive Strong customer service skills Spanish speaking (required) Hospice experience preferred, but not required New Graduates Welcome!
