What You'll Do Provide nursing assessments and develop individualized care plans. Coordinate care with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary team members. Monitor client health, medications, and treatment plans. Train and support direct care staff on health-related needs. Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure quality care. Respond to changes in client health and provide clinical guidance when needed. What We're Looking For Current California Registered Nurse (RN) license. CPR/First Aid certification for Healthcare Professionals. Experience working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities is preferred.
