Special Care Home Health is a leading provider of in-home healthcare services dedicated to improving the quality of life for our patients. We are currently seeking compassionate and skilled Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVNs) to join our team. As an LVN with Special Care Home Health, you will have the opportunity to provide one-on-one care to pediatric patients in the comfort of their own homes. Imagine a day in the life of a private-duty nurse. You could start your day by reviewing the care plan for your young patient, a sweet 5-year-old with special medical needs. When you arrive at your patient's home you will be greeted with a big smile from your patient, who is excited to see you. Your duties include administering medication, monitoring vital signs, and providing specialized care tailored to your patient's needs. Throughout the day, you engage in fun activities, play games, and ensure your patient receives the best possible care. As a home health nurse, you are not just a healthcare provider but also a trusted friend and companion. You will work closely with your patient's family, provide them with support and guidance, and ensure they feel confident in caring for their child when you're not there.
