08/03/2026 Requirements Active California RN license required. Minimum 1 year of RN experience required. Current BLS certification required. Experience with Epic EMR strongly preferred. Prior outpatient clinic, neurology, or infusion nursing experience preferred. Strong telephone triage, patient education, medication reconciliation, and follow-up skills. Excellent communication, critical thinking, and organizational abilities. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced outpatient setting. Must be comfortable caring for adult, pediatric, and geriatric patients. Responsibilities Provide comprehensive nursing care in an outpatient neurology clinic. Perform patient assessments, medication reconciliation, and review laboratory results. Conduct telephone triage, respond to patient messages, and provide clinical advice. Coordinate medication refills, prior authorizations, infusion orders, and pharmacy communications. Educate patients and caregivers regarding neurological conditions, medications, treatments, and follow-up care. Assist providers during office visits and support coordination of patient care. Complete accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record. Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary team to ensure high-quality, patient-centered care. Maintain compliance with clinic policies, infection prevention standards, and regulatory requirements.

Pay:

$50.00 - $56.00 per hour
