Qualifications:
Active, unencumbered RN license in state of practice Minimum of 1 year recent experience in Medical-Surgical (MS) nursing Current BLS certification required; ACLS preferred Strong assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills Ability to thrive in fast-paced, diverse environments Experience collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
Responsibilities:
Provide compassionate, evidence-based patient care in a medical-surgical setting Monitor, assess, and document patients' conditions, administering treatments and medications as prescribed Educate patients and families on procedures, recovery, and discharge plans Collaborate with physicians and allied health staff to coordinate quality care Respond to changing patient needs with flexible and proactive interventions
