Schedule/Hours:
Travel Position (assignment length varies) Shifts follow facility scheduling (details provided during candidate selection)
Key Qualifications:
Current RN license, in good standing At least 1 year of recent OR nursing experience Proficiency in perioperative patient care Strong teamwork and communication skills BLS certification (additional certifications may be preferred)
Core Responsibilities:
Deliver safe, effective care throughout all phases of surgical procedures Collaborate with surgical team members to optimize patient outcomes Maintain aseptic technique and anticipate surgical needs Document all care activities and comply with facility protocols Support patient and family education regarding operative processes
