CALL LVN

to be on standby for Calls and occasional visits for Hospice. The On-Call hours are 5PM to 8AM. The pay is a flat base rate of $800 to $1000 per pay period plus Per diem rate of $100 per visit and $0.73 cents a mile. Duties Answer the phones after hours. Tele-visits when able, In person visits when needed. Escalate to Supervisor if necessary. Respond swiftly to emergency situations. Document all patient interactions accurately within 24 hours. Communicate with the team. Requirements Valid LVN license in good standing; current CPR/BLS certification. Prior experience working in Hospice Knowledge of MatrixCare a plus Strong assessment skills with the ability to handle triage situations efficiently and effectively. Ability to work independently during night shifts while maintaining high standards of patient safety and quality care.

Pay:

$400.00 - $500.00 per week
