RN and LVN Visiting Nurse

Noyan Home Health Care, Inc. is seeking Per Diem Registered Nurse and LVN to be out in the field with our patients. As a Registered Nurse and LVN, you will be responsible for the completion of assigned visits, assessments, admissions, educating and supporting the patient. Provide timely documentation of patient services based on plan of care.
