Nursing degree, active registered nurse (RN) license and minimum 1+ years RN experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. Step into a fulfilling role making a tangible impact on student health and learning as a Certified School Nurse (CSN) with this full-time contract opportunity near Foresthill, CA. As part of a supportive educational community, your expertise will help shape a safer and healthier environment for students, particularly those with Individualized Education Programs (IEPs). Your primary focus will involve conducting hearing and vision screenings essential for IEP testing and providing consultative support and staff training on student health needs. From assisting with allergies and feeding tubes to managing seizures, your guidance and intervention will ensure both students' and educators' confidence in navigating a range of medical circumstances. You'll be serving one school site with a case load of approximately 78 students on IEPs.
