Job Summary RN - Oncology Day Shift, 5 x 8s, M - F, 8am to 5pm. ONS Cert required. 1 year of experience in oncology. No Call required.

This a culture of winning. At Talented Medical Solutions we breed winners. Responsibilities Provide direct oncology nursing care to patients in clinic and inpatient settings. Assess patient needs, develop care plans, and monitor treatment responses. Administer chemotherapy, targeted therapies, and supportive medications per protocol. Monitor and document adverse events, report findings per regulatory requirements. Maintain accurate medical records, ensure confidentiality, and adhere to policies. Educate patients and families on disease, treatment options, and side-effect management. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care and ensure seamless transitions. Meet or exceed performance targets and contribute to growth initiatives. Utilize data and pipelines to forecast patient load and resource needs for the territory. Demonstrate continuous professional development and pursue opportunities for advancement. Participate in quality improvement initiatives to optimize oncology care processes. On-site presence with reliable availability for shifts, patient care, and urgent needs. Experience/Qualifications RN licensure in the applicable state plus oncology certification. Experience delivering chemotherapy, targeted therapies, and supportive meds per protocol. Ability to assess, document, and update care plans and adverse events accurately. Strong documentation and EHR management with confidentiality adherence. On-site presence with flexible shifts; willingness to cover urgent needs. Excellent communication for patient/family education and multidisciplinary collaboration. Target-driven mindset with track record of meeting or exceeding performance metrics. Data-driven capacity planning; forecast patient load and resource needs. Participation in quality improvement projects and growth initiatives.
