Job Description

Nursing degree, active registered nurse (RN) license and minimum 1+ years ICU RN experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. Qualifications:
Active and unrestricted RN license Previous ICU nursing experience (medical, surgical, and cardiac cases preferred) Current BLS and ACLS certifications Proficient in critical care assessment and interventions Strong communication, leadership, and collaboration skills
Key Responsibilities:
Provide coordinated, compassionate nursing care using the nursing process Oversee and delegate tasks to assigned nursing staff, ensuring compliance with care standards Utilize critical thinking and sound judgment in patient care decisions Interface closely with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes Monitor, assess, and document changes in patient condition, responding to emergencies promptly
