The RN Supervisor is responsible for overseeing nursing operations, ensuring high-quality resident care, supporting nursing staff, and maintaining compliance with all federal, state, and facility regulations. Schedule Full-Time or Part-Time Available 8-Hour Shifts Day Shift and Night Shift Opportunities Available Weekend Rotation as Needed Responsibilities Supervise and support licensed nurses and certified nursing assistants during assigned shifts. Ensure residents receive quality nursing care in accordance with physician orders, care plans, and facility policies. Assess residents' conditions and respond appropriately to changes in status. Monitor medication administration and treatment documentation for accuracy and compliance. Assist with admissions, transfers, discharges, and resident assessments. Investigate incidents and complete required documentation and follow-up. Serve as a clinical resource and mentor for nursing staff. Communicate effectively with physicians, residents, families, and interdisciplinary team members. Participate in quality assurance and infection prevention initiatives. Ensure compliance with all state, federal, and facility regulations. Qualifications Current and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in California. Previous experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility, Long-Term Care, or Subacute setting preferred. Supervisory or leadership experience preferred. Strong assessment, clinical, and critical thinking skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
