Essential Responsibilities Provide direct nursing care and clinical oversight to residents throughout the shift Perform resident assessments and monitor for changes in condition Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and facility policies Respond to medical emergencies and make sound clinical decisions as needed Supervise and support LVNs and Certified Nursing Assistants to ensure quality care delivery Maintain accurate and timely documentation of resident care and clinical observations Collaborate with the Director of Nursing and interdisciplinary team to support resident outcomes Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations, as well as facility policies and procedures Promote a safe, secure, and comfortable environment for residents and staff Qualifications Current and active California Registered Nurse (RN) license Previous experience in skilled nursing, post-acute care, rehabilitation, or acute care preferred Strong clinical assessment and critical-thinking skills Ability to lead and supervise nursing staff effectively Excellent communication, organizational, and documentation skills Commitment to providing compassionate, resident-focused care Apply Today Take the next step in your nursing career and join a team that values clinical excellence, leadership, and compassionate care.
