Clinical Responsibilities Include:

• Preventive care and well-child visits
• Diagnosis and management of acute and chronic conditions
• Immunizations and vaccine counseling
• Ordering and interpreting labs and diagnostic tests
• Patient and family education
• Minor in-office procedures

In-Office Testing Includes:

COVID-19, influenza, strep, RSV, lead, hemoglobin, glucose, mononucleosis, and lipid testing Providers may work at multiple clinic locations based on organizational needs. Qualifications Current California Nurse Practitioner license Active DEA license (or ability to obtain) Pediatric experience preferred Strong EMR and documentation skills Ability to manage a fast-paced clinical environment Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Full-Time Employee (W-2) Competitive annual salary, paid biweekly Full-time position with long-term stability Malpractice insurance, DEA certificate, and medical license support provided 401(k) available after one year of employment, with up to 3.5% employer match Medical, dental, and vision insurance options available Additional benefits may include gym membership and term life insurance Paid time off: Up to 4 weeks of PTO annually Sign-on bonus available CME allowance provided annually

Schedule:

Approximately 5-5.5 days per week (Monday-Saturday) with rotating Saturday half-day shifts (9:00 am-12:00 pm) Final compensation and benefits are determined at the time of offer and based on experience.
