Registered Nurse - Home Health

Your mission, should you choose to accept it (which we hope you will!): Manage a caseload using the super-efficient EMR System Kinnser. Time management skills are key, but so is giving each patient the TLC they deserve. Responsibilities:

Be the healthcare hero assessing patient conditions, checking vital signs, administering medications. Offer recommendations for tools that could enhance their quality of life. Be the friendly face listening to their concerns, coordinating with other healthcare professionals like OTs and PTs. Educate patients and their families on the ins and outs of home health care.

Requirements:

Bring your compassionate and friendly vibes. Your ability to zip around to multiple patients in a day. Of course, your California RN license. On-call as needed during business hours Experience in home health or hospice care is a plus! And hey, we're not just about the work grind. INDFR Pay:

$50.00 - $65.00 per hour

Flexible schedule Application Question(s): We do have a weekend on-call rotation requirement approximately once per month for clinical staff. Would you be comfortable participating in that rotation?
