Responsibilities:
At Community Health System, you'll be part of a dedicated nursing team committed to delivering safe, skilled and compassionate care across our hospitals. As a Registered Nurse, you'll support a diverse patient population and collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams to ensure high‑quality, patient-centered outcomes. This role offers the opportunity to apply your clinical expertise in an environment built on teamwork, learning, and continuous improvement. In this role, you provide direct patient care using evidence-based practices, complete thorough assessments and implement individualized care plans to support optimal recovery. You coordinate and communicate with physicians, ancillary staff and families to ensure continuity and clarity throughout each patient's stay. You maintain accurate, timely documentation and uphold all safety and regulatory standards while actively contributing to a culture of collaboration, professionalism, and accountability.
Qualifications:
Education Graduate of approved nursing program required Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred Experience Must have at least 1+years acute care RN experience. Licenses and Certifications RN - Current State of California Registered Nurse license required BLS - Current Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers by American Heart Association (AHA) required
