Key Qualifications:
Active RN license Emergency Room experience Proficiency in the nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation) NCI (Nonviolent Crisis Intervention) certification required Moderate Sedation Training required Strong critical thinking, independent judgment, and communication skills
Primary Responsibilities:
Provide coordinated nursing care for patients of all ages in an acute care ER setting Supervise and mentor assigned nursing staff Coordinate interdisciplinary care among healthcare teams Conduct rapid triage, manage trauma interventions, and deliver patient-centered care Uphold established standards of care and contribute to a collaborative team culture
