Director of Staff Development (LVN) - Sign on Bonus

•Sign on Bonus•Golden Empire Nursing and Rehab is looking for a full-time Director of Staff Development. The candidate must be an LVN with a DSD certificate and have experience managing employees. The position is responsible for overseeing the training, education, and competency assessments of nursing staff (specifically CNAs and LVNs) in skilled nursing or long-term care facilities. They ensure compliance with state/federal regulations, manage new hire orientation, and maintain high standards of patient care. The ideal candidate is a team player, energetic, holds a positive attitude and enjoys hands on teaching.
