Where You'll Work Founded in 1958, Dignity Health - Sierra Nevada Memorial Hospital is a 104-bed, acute care, nonprofit hospital located in Grass Valley, California. Every day, you will leverage your expertise to provide individualized, comprehensive care, making critical assessments, performing skilled procedures, and meticulously implementing patient care plans. Collects patient data based on diagnosis, age and/or developmental age. Analyzes data collected. Plans and prioritizes individualized care based on the assessment, utilizing nursing diagnosis, including teaching and discharge needs of the patient and family, and sets outcome goals in coordination with other disciplines. Ensures that the patient/family participates in the plan of care as able, and that plan of care addresses age-specific and cultural needs. Implements appropriate standards based on assessment. Prioritizes and organizes care within the allotted time frames. Coordinates discharge steps or ensures appropriate referral to address timely, appropriate discharge needs. Job Requirements Required Minimum of 1 year of experience in Labor & Delivery with accurate interpretation of fetal monitor strips. California RN license Basic Life Support - CPR from the American Heart Association Advanced Cardiac Life Support, within 90 Days of hire or transfer Neonatal Resuscitation Program, within 90 Days of hire or transfer We prefer candidates who also have experience with circulating, post-partum and nurse #RN@DH
