Position Overview We are seeking a skilled and passionate Aesthetic Injector (RN, NP, or PA) to join our growing team. This role is ideal for an experienced provider who values natural-looking results, strong clinical standards, and meaningful patient relationships. Key Responsibilities Provide patient care in compliance with California state regulations and clinic protocols Conduct comprehensive consultations, including medical history reviews and aesthetic assessments Administer injectable and aesthetic treatments, including neuromodulators, dermal fillers, biostimulators, PRP, and microneedling Support wellness services such as IV therapy, vitamin injections, and weight management programs (including IV placement and blood draws when applicable) Accurately document all patient encounters, treatment plans, and outcomes in the EMR system Capture high-quality before-and-after photos according to clinic standards Maintain clean, safe, and compliant treatment rooms in accordance with OSHA guidelines Ensure a positive, safe, and high-quality patient experience at all times Performance Expectations Success in this role is measured by patient safety, treatment quality, patient satisfaction, accurate documentation, client retention, and ongoing professional development.
