This a culture of winning. At Talented Medical Solutions we breed winners. Responsibilities Provide comprehensive obstetric nursing care to patients during labor and delivery. Monitor maternal and fetal status, promptly responding to changes and emergencies. Maintain sterile technique and ensure infection control throughout procedures. Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to develop and update care plans. Document all interventions accurately in electronic health records. Adhere to hospital policies and regulatory standards, including safety protocols. Provide timely triage and prioritize cases based on urgency and outcomes. Educate patients and families on labor, delivery, and postnatal care. Demonstrate initiative in professional development and pursue certifications as applicable. Identify and address potential risks using evidence-based practices and pipelines. Support postnatal recovery, lactation support, and discharge planning. Maintain high visibility of work activities through accurate progress updates and reports. Experience/Qualifications BSN with current RN license and OB nursing certification (CNOR preferred). Proven ob-gyn/OB nursing experience in labor, delivery, and postnatal care. Ability to monitor maternal/fetal status and respond to emergencies with protocols. Maintain sterile technique and adhere to infection control standards. Accurate documentation in electronic health records and progress reporting. Strong triage skills to prioritize cases based on urgency and outcomes. Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to develop and update care plans. Patient and family education on labor, delivery, lactation, and postnatal care. Commitment to continuous professional development and pursuit of certifications. Identify and address risks using evidence-based practices; participate in quality improvement. What's in it for you?
