  • Inland Valley Home Health Agency is currently looking for experienced, friendly, and reliable
REGISTERED NURSE
(RN) who are interested in doing home health nursing visits in patient homes. We are currently hiring for visiting nurse positions in
HEMET AND SAN
JACINTO and neighboring areas
Job Requirements:
At least one year of home health experience preferred and/or at least one year acute/subacute, or hospital experience Current resume Current CPR Card, TB, annual physical Driver's License or State ID Current CA state license according to health profession and in good standing Bilingual a plus + but not a requirement Ability to use computerized charting Proof of authorization to work, if applicable Responsibilities (RN): Perform initial and on-going comprehensive nursing assessments of patient needs Complete OASIS assessment documentation Develop and implement an individualized plan of care Coordinate patient care with physician, office clinical care team and other involved disciplines Provide skilled nursing services as ordered on the plan of care
