Home Health RN Field Staff American Stellar Home Health Services Hemet, CA Job Details Per diem $120 - $150 an hour 1 day ago Qualifications RN License Patient care Home health Home health agency experience Home & community care experience Full Job Description Busy home health agency in need of field RN with home health experience to perform start of care, recertification, discharge, resumption of care, and supervisory visits. RN must be able to complete OASIS within 24 hours of visit RN must have reliable form of transportation Supplemental gas mileage will be paid outside of the 30-mile radius from homebase

$120.00 - $150.00 per hour
