Desired Qualifications and Experience:

Active, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license Minimum of one year of recent ICU experience in an acute care setting Current BLS and ACLS certifications Strong assessment, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills Familiarity with advanced ICU equipment and technology Ability to work collaboratively in high-pressure situations Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Key Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive nursing care to critically ill patients in the ICU Monitor patient vital signs, administer medications, and manage life-support equipment Collaborate with the interdisciplinary healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans Respond to emergencies and changes in patient conditions with decisiveness Document patient status, interventions, and clinical responses with accuracy and timeliness Support patient families with clear information and compassionate communication
