Job Description

Category Nursing - RN-NICU Job Type Travel Deliver expert, compassionate care to newborns in a dynamic Neonatal Intensive Care Unit environment. This contract opportunity is ideal for an experienced RN seeking to make a meaningful impact on critically ill infants and their families, utilizing advanced clinical skills in a fast-paced Level
III NICU.
Schedule:
Night shifts: 3 x 11.5-hour shifts per week (19:00 - 07:30)
Desired Qualifications:
Active RN license with strong standing Minimum of one year of recent Level
III NICU
nursing experience Current BLS and NRP certifications Adaptability and composure under pressure Commitment to evidence-based, family-centered care
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver specialized, life-sustaining nursing interventions to premature and critically ill newborns Monitor patient status, including vital signs and response to therapies Administer medications, treatments, and support advanced respiratory care Collaborate with neonatologists, respiratory therapists, and interdisciplinary teams for comprehensive plans of care Provide clear communication and education to families, ensuring their active participation in patient care Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with regulatory and facility guidelines
