$2,434 / 36 hours What you'll be doing You'll provide safe, effective, and age-appropriate nursing care across several hospital areas-primarily Emergency, Medical-Surgical/Swing Bed, and Skilled Nursing. As a float RN you'll step in to offer supplemental staffing and break relief, either when directed or autonomously to any department where you're trained and competent. You'll use the nursing process independently and keep current proof of competency to make sure your care stays at the expected level. What we're looking for Active, unencumbered California RN license Minimum of 1 year acute care experience within the last 2 years At least 6 months recent experience in Emergency or Critical Care Current certifications: AHA BLS (Healthcare Provider), ACLS, PALS 1+ years of RN experience overall If you enjoy variety, adapt quickly to different units, and want to support teams where staffing needs are most urgent, this could be a great fit.
