Registered Nurse -
Cardiac Catheterization Lab Job Details:
  • Work Monday through Friday with one day off during the week
  • Current start time is 7:30 AM but may change as needed with notification the day before
  • May occasionally need to arrive at 6:30 AM
  • 13-week contract assignment
  • Minimum 1 year of nursing experience required
  • Travel experience required
  • Epic charting system experience required and must be noted in work history
  • Required certifications:
ACLS, BLS, BSN
  • CPI Blue Card from Crisis Prevention Institute required in-hand when applying (MAB or online certification not accepted)
  • California state license required in-hand when applying (EMSA not accepted)
  • Skills include diagnostic and interventional cardiac catheterization, procedural sedation administration/monitoring, dysrhythmia interpretation/management
  • Call requirements may vary based on staffing needs
  • Maximum 7 days of requested time off per contract highly preferred
  • No time off requests within first two weeks of assignment
  • Two supervisor references required
  • Modules are billable and average 4-8 hours during orientation
