Qualifications:
Active RN license in California (required) Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN preferred) Acute care facility experience (preferred) Current BLS/CPR certification from AHA or ARC (required) ACLS certification from AHA or ARC (required) PALS certification from AHA or ARC (required)
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate, supervise, and deliver high-quality care for surgical patients in the operating room Collect and assess comprehensive patient data, prioritize needs, and establish care plans Collaborate seamlessly with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and support teams Provide education to patients, families, and team members, supporting safe and effective care Participate actively in discharge planning for continuity and patient success Delegate and oversee duties appropriately within the care team
