Night Shift/36-48 hours/Needs Post Partum Ep., NICU RNs float as NRP nurses and to postpartum. This a culture of winning. At Talented Medical Solutions we breed winners. Responsibilities Provide critical NICU nursing care to neonates, including assessments and monitoring. Monitor patient vitals, chart progress, and respond to changes with rapid interventions. Identify and escalate high-risk cases to physicians in a timely manner. Ensure adherence to NICU protocols, infection control, and patient safety standards. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and adjust care plans. Document all clinical findings accurately in electronic health records. Utilize data and pipelines to track performance metrics and outcomes. Educate families on infant care, treatment plans, and discharge instructions. Participate in quality improvement initiatives to optimize patient outcomes. Participate in shift handovers ensuring clear communication of patient status. Demonstrate continuous learning through certifications and on-the-job training. Mentor junior staff and support a collaborative, high-visibility work environment. Experience/Qualifications Active RN license with current NICU or critical care certification Experience in NICU neonate assessment and rapid intervention protocols Proficiency in monitoring vitals, charting, and EHR documentation Ability to escalate high-risk cases promptly to physicians Participation in quality improvement initiatives and data-driven care Commitment to continuous learning, certifications, and on-the-job training Knowledge of NICU infection control, patient safety standards Experience with multidisciplinary care planning and care transitions Strong communication during shift handovers and family education skills Mentorship ability for junior staff and fostering a collaborative environment What's in it for you?
