Job Description

Nursing degree, active registered nurse (RN) license and minimum 1+ years
CVICU RN
experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. Schedule/Hours:
Travel contract assignment, variable shifts
What You'll Do:
Deliver coordinated, compassionate nursing care to CVICU patients or an assigned group Apply the nursing process and established standards to ensure optimal patient outcomes Supervise and direct activities of various levels of assigned nursing staff Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary care teams utilizing strong critical thinking and independent judgment Employ professional discretion and supervisory skills as you guide staff and manage patient care Adapt in fast-paced, complex patient care situations, promoting safety and quality
Desired Experience & Qualifications:
Current, active RN license Previous CVICU or critical care nursing experience strongly preferred Ability to work collaboratively and independently with multiple staff levels Strong communication, leadership, and assessment skills Capacity to manage high-acuity patients and excel under pressure
