Job Description

Nursing degree, active registered nurse (RN) license and minimum 1+ years NICU RN experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. Schedule:
Schedule will be provided; expect flexibility and rotating shifts to meet patient care needs.
Qualifications & Desired Experience:
Current, active RN license Minimum of 1 year recent experience in a Level III or IV NICU setting BLS and NRP certifications required Strong assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills Ability to effectively supervise and direct the activities of nursing staff
Responsibilities:
Deliver coordinated and compassionate care for neonatal patients according to established protocols Supervise and support assigned nursing team members, guiding care delivery with professionalism and empathy Utilize independent clinical judgment in dynamic, high-pressure situations Collaborate with other disciplines to create and implement comprehensive care plans Act as a resource for families, providing education and emotional support
