Desired Skills and Qualifications:
Active RN license, in good standing Minimum of 2 years' recent experience in an OR setting BLS and ACLS certifications required Demonstrated ability to function well in high-pressure situations Strong communication and teamwork skills Familiarity with a variety of surgical procedures and equipment
Core Responsibilities:
Deliver direct perioperative nursing care to surgical patients Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and other staff to ensure positive patient outcomes Maintain a sterile field and follow strict infection control protocols Utilize critical thinking to anticipate team and patient needs Document all care accurately in a timely manner
