This role focuses on coordinating care for intended parents, egg/sperm donors, and gestational carriers while ensuring a seamless and compassionate experience. This position is full time, M-F, with rotating weekends. Key Responsibilities Coordinate third-party IVF cycles (donors, surrogates, intended parents) Serve as primary point of contact for patients, providing ongoing support and education Schedule and manage appointments, treatment calendars, and procedures Monitor labs, ultrasounds, and physician orders; communicate updates to patients Ensure all required clearances (medical, genetic, legal, psychological) are completed Provide medication and injection teaching Maintain accurate documentation in EMR and ensure all consents are complete Ensure compliance with FDA regulations and clinic protocols Perform post-procedure follow-up and support Other duties as assigned Qualifications Certified MA, LVN, or RN required 1+ year of third-party fertility experience required 3+ years of clinical experience preferred Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills Experience in IVF or reproductive health strongly preferred Why Join Us Competitive hourly pay Medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) Collaborative, patient-focused team environment Opportunity to work in a leading fertility practice Ivy Fertility is an equal opportunity employer.
