The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in nursing with experience in aesthetic procedures, ensuring the highest standards of safety and patient satisfaction. This role requires a compassionate approach to patient care, along with the technical skills necessary to perform various aesthetic treatments. Duties Perform aesthetic procedures such as injectables, skin treatments, and other non-invasive cosmetic enhancements. Assess patients' needs and develop individualized treatment plans based on their goals and medical history. Maintain strict adherence to infection control protocols and aseptic techniques during all procedures. Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care. Educate patients about post-treatment care and expected outcomes. Monitor patients during and after procedures, providing necessary support and intervention as required. Maintain accurate patient records and documentation related to treatments and outcomes. Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in aesthetic nursing practices. Requirements Valid nursing license with relevant certifications in aesthetic procedures preferred. Knowledge of infection control practices, aseptic technique, and IV infusion protocols. Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport with patients effectively. Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of patient safety and care. Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
