This is an exciting opportunity for a nurse with medical spa experience who is looking to further develop their aesthetic skills in a high-end, fast-paced environment. While injector experience is preferred, we are willing to train the right candidate who has a strong foundation in aesthetics, excellent patient care skills, and hands-on experience with aesthetic laser devices. Compensation $45-$51 per hour DOE Performance-based bonuses and commission opportunities Employee discounts on treatments and skincare Continuing education and training opportunities Part-time position Responsibilities Conduct patient consultations and develop customized treatment plans Perform aesthetic treatments within RN scope of practice Educate patients on treatment options, expectations, and aftercare Maintain detailed and accurate patient records Collaborate with providers to ensure exceptional patient outcomes Assist with treatment photography and patient follow-up Maintain treatment rooms and equipment according to safety protocols Preferred Experience Active California RN license in good standing Previous experience in a medical spa, plastic surgery, dermatology, or aesthetic practice Experience with one or more of the following devices: Candela VBeam Candela GentleMax Pro Candela PicoWay DEKA CoolPeel / CO2 Laser InMode Morpheus8 Experience with neurotoxins and dermal fillers preferred but not required Strong consultation, sales, and patient retention skills Passion for aesthetics and ongoing professional development Ideal Candidate Professional, polished, and confident Excellent communication and customer service skills Team-oriented with a positive attitude Comfortable working in a luxury aesthetic environment Driven to grow a patient following and contribute to practice growth Eager to learn, train, and expand their aesthetic skill set If you are passionate about aesthetics and looking for a long-term opportunity with a growing practice, we would love to hear from you.
