Role Overview We are looking for an experienced cosmetic injector to provide exceptional client care and natural, high-quality aesthetic results. This role focuses on creating a personalized experience for each client through thorough consultations, customized treatment plans, expert injectable treatments, and post-care follow-up. Our injectors are expected to deliver consistent outcomes while maintaining a high standard of professionalism, customer service, and patient safety under the supervision of the Medical Director. Responsibilities Perform cosmetic injectable treatments safely and effectively under Medical Director supervision Conduct consultations and create customized treatment plans Educate clients on treatments, skincare, and products Recommend additional services and products that support client goals Deliver a luxury client experience from consultation through follow-up Maintain accurate charting and patient documentation Utilize clinic systems including EMR and imaging software Collaborate with the injector team, management, and support staff Follow all company policies, protocols, and compliance standards Requirements Active RN, NP, or PA license Minimum 1-2 years of hands-on aesthetic injecting experience in a med spa or clinical setting Experience with cosmetic neurotoxins and dermal fillers including Botox, Dysport, Juvederm, and Restylane Comfortable using cannulas for injections Strong consultation, communication, and client relationship skills Professional, detail-oriented, and team-focused Sales confidence and ability to discuss treatment pricing and plans Comfortable with EMR systems and basic computer programs Understanding of social media and personal branding is a plus Open to ongoing education, training, and new techniques Benefits Health, dental, and vision insurance (eligibility based on hours worked) Paid time off and paid holidays Ongoing advanced injector training and education Complimentary quarterly treatments/products Employee, friends, and family discounts Career growth opportunities Uncapped bonus potential Schedule Full time/Part Time | In-person Equal Opportunity Employer We are an equal opportunity employer and welcome applicants from all backgrounds.
