13 Weeks Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Operating Room Registered Nurse (RN) with a strong background in Total Joint procedures. The ideal candidate will have experience in both Ambulatory Surgery and Operating Room settings and be comfortable working in a fast-paced surgical environment. Schedule 8-Hour Day Shifts Scheduled between 6:00 AM - 5:00 PM Occasional weekend coverage Required Qualifications Active RN License (must be active at time of submission) BLS Certification (AHA or ARC) ACLS Certification (AHA or ARC) Experience Requirements Minimum 1 year of Ambulatory and Operating Room experience Total Joint experience required (Hard Stop) First-time travelers accepted Required Skills Operating Room Nursing Total Joint Procedures Perioperative Care Surgical Patient Monitoring Sterile Technique Patient Assessment Surgical Safety Protocols Clinical Documentation Multidisciplinary Team Collaboration Infection Prevention Key Responsibilities Provide comprehensive perioperative nursing care for surgical patients Assist in the preparation and coordination of surgical procedures Support surgeons and procedural teams during operations Monitor patient status and ensure adherence to safety standards Maintain sterile technique and infection control practices Document patient care accurately and timely Collaborate with surgical, anesthesia, and recovery teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes For more details reach at sthakur@navitashealth.com or Call / Text at 732 791 4807 - EXT 4807 .
