Job Description

Health Advocates Network is currently seeking a
  • Registered Nurse
  • to work at a facility in
  • Los Angeles, California.
  • Pay Rate:
  • $51 / hour
  • Shifts Available:
  • + 40 hours per week + 8 hours + Days
  • Nursing Specialty:
  • + Utilization Management
  • Qualifications:
  • + Ensure that profiles are submitted only for RNs who are fully committed to working an 8-week assignment. + Required certifications include current Registered Nurse license, AHA BLS, current MAB/CPI certificate; LA City Fire and Life Safety card (must be LA City), and completion of the LA County Employee Health Clearance prior to the assignment start date.
  • Assignment Information:
  • Is currently in need of Registered Nurse (s) with a minimum of 2 years of Utilization Management or Case Management (CM) experience, knowledge of Medi-Cal and/or Managed Care regulations, clinical expertise, discretion, and independent judgment to utilization management and care coordination methodologies and practices, focusing on the needs of the patient.
DHS-UM ensures access to high-quality, patient-centered, cost- effective health to LA County residents through direct services at DHS Facilities and through collaboration with university partners.
