The Department of State Hospitals, Metropolitan State Hospital is currently accepting applications for a Permanent/Fulltime Supervising Registered Nurse (Safety) After-Hours.
Working Title:
Supervising Registered Nurse (Safety), After-Hours, 12-Hour Shifts. Under the direction of the Program Directors/designee, the Supervising Registered Nurse (Safety) is responsible for the overall management and supervision of the units/program after hours. Provides regular and comprehensive feedback to program management and supervisors regarding observations and rounds, actions initiated and effectiveness of corrective actions. Addresses any emergent staffing issues within the program. Candidates must be willing to work in any Unit/Program and any Shift to meet the needs of the facility.
TRAINING EXPECTATIONS
If selected it is mandatory that you attend New Employee Orientation (NEO) in its entirety. NEO can be scheduled up to 30 days for level of care staff (clinical).
