Qualifications/Desired Experience:
Active and unrestricted RN license (California) Minimum 1 year of recent Telemetry nursing experience BLS and ACLS certifications (AHA preferred) Strong assessment skills with the ability to interpret cardiac rhythms Excellent communication and documentation skills Adaptable and team-oriented with a commitment to patient-centered care
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and assess patient cardiac status, responding rapidly to changes Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to plan and deliver effective care Administer medications and therapies as prescribed Provide education and emotional support to patients and their families Ensure accurate, timely documentation and maintain patient confidentiality
