Desired Qualifications:

Current and active RN license recognized in California Minimum of 1-2 years of recent Telemetry nursing experience BLS and ACLS certifications Excellent communication and organizational skills Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams

Responsibilities:

Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms and vital signs Collaborate with physicians to develop and implement patient care plans Serve as a key point of contact for patients and their families Document assessments, interventions, and patient progress accurately Proactively identify changes in patient conditions and respond swiftly Maintain compliance with hospital policies and safety standards
