Qualifications

Valid LVN license
Proficient in EHR systems
Strong patient care and monitoring skills
Knowledge of medical terminology
Experience in discharge planning
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work in home health setting
Familiarity with catheterization and tube feeding
Basic life support certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
Understanding of HIPAA regulations Responsibilities

Apply medical terminology and nursing expertise to deliver high-quality care tailored to each patient's needs.
