Shift:
Per Diem. 0700-1930 Requirements Minimum 2+ years of Tele experience as a staff RN Trauma Level I - Highly preferred
Certs:
BLS (AHA), ACLS (AHA) Active RN License Must be willing and comfortable to float to lower acuity based on facility need - MS, MS/Tele, Tele, ED Holding 2 Professional References (Minimum of 1 supervisor) within last 12 months Responsibilities Provide comprehensive patient care in the telemetry unit, including monitoring vital signs and administering medications. Perform catheterization, IV insertion, and tube feeding as needed. Conduct thorough patient assessments and document findings in EHR systems. Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement care plans. Ensure adherence to BLS and ACLS protocols during patient emergencies. Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with patients and families regarding treatment plans.
